1. Acceptance of Terms

2. No Warranties and Limitation of Liability

2.2. The Gravine Project, its owners, collaborators, advisors, and associates (collectively, “Associated Parties”) expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and reliability of information.

In no event shall The Gravine Project or its Associated Parties be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

3. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

3.1. Confidential Information

“Confidential Information” means all information, materials, data, inventions, designs, trade secrets, prototypes, technical details, and intellectual property related to The Gravine Project, including but not limited to any invention known as the Gravine, whether disclosed orally, visually, or in writing, that is not publicly available.

3.2. Non-Disclosure Obligations

You agree that you shall:

• Keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent.

• Use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of accessing and using publicly available content on the Website.

• Take all reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of such information.

3.3. Restrictions on Use and Disclosure

You shall not, directly or indirectly:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive any technology or concepts from the Confidential Information.

3.4. Remedies for Breach

In the event of a breach or threatened breach of this NDA, The Gravine Project shall be entitled, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, to:

• Injunctive Relief: Seek an injunction to restrain such breach without the necessity of proving actual damages or posting security.

• Damages: Recover from you all damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) resulting from such breach.

• Legal Action: Initiate legal proceedings in Ontario, Canada, to enforce compliance or seek appropriate remedies.
